The Rose Festival Parade is almost here, and we are bringing back a favorite tradition — FLOAT AWARDS!

We can’t wait to see the creativity, community spirit, and hometown pride roll down the streets of New Sharon during the 2026 Rose Festival Parade! Whether you’re representing a business, church, organization, sports team, class, family, or just a group of friends ready to have fun, we would LOVE to see you join the parade lineup this year!

Decorate those trailers, tractors, golf carts, trucks, wagons, bicycles — whatever you’ve got — and come be part of a small-town tradition that never goes out of style.

Float Awards will be presented in the following categories: Best Use of the “Ribbons & Roses” Theme Best Group Spirit Most Creative

To be a part of the parade floats should arrive by 10:30 AM Saturday morning to lineup on West Maple Street, no sign-up required.
