New Sharon's Spring Festival, formerly known as the Rose Festival, is a long-standing tradition. 2026 Spring Festival will be held June 5th -7th.

We are looking for our 2026 New Sharon Rose Festival Queen. Scan the QR code above.

The rules are as follows:

- Must attend North Mahaska Schools or homeschool in the NM District- Must be a Junior or Senior at the time of sign-up
- Must be available the weekend of June 5th - 7th, 2026

The winner of the New Sharon Rose Festival Contest will win:
- A queen crown and sash - A $200 scholarship 
- Bragging rights of royalty!
